1931. Al Capone rules the Chicago underworld. In their HQ, Jim Malone and Eliot Ness are recruiting a team of elite policemen to crush his gang. Choose your side and set about conquering the city. In the heat of battle, a special Slow Motion Mode enables efficient management of the entire team.
